Single-seater powerhouse Fortec has won just about everything on the junior single-seater ladder, with success in Formula Renault 3.5, Formula Renault Eurocup plus British and European F3, with notable alumni including Charles Leclerc, Daniel Ricciardo and Juan Pablo Montoya.
Richard Dutton’s team have also run recent Aston Martin Autosport BRDC Award winners Tom Gamble and Johnathan Hoggard, and will add GB4 to their line-up alongside GB3 and British F4.
“GB4 makes a lot of sense and we’re looking forward to the new challenge. It fits in very nicely with our existing teams.
“We’ve had a lot of interest from drivers, and it looks like the grid is going to be very positive. As a team, it’s going to be a lot easier to run, operating alongside our GB3 effort and we’re looking forward to going racing.”
