Christian Lester makes a welcome return to racing this year, with GB4 providing an opportunity for a first full-season of competition. 

The 23-year-old made his single-seater debut in 2018 with a pair of races in the British F4 Championship at Silverstone, and enjoyed further action the following year in the Australian F4 Championship, including an appearance in the Australian Grand Prix support-race at Albert Park. There, he impressed by being the second-highest placed rookie at the event in front of the F1 paddock. 

Prior to his single-seater debut, Lester had competed in tin tops, and was a pole-sitter in Ford Fiestas. Now he turns his attentions to GB4 with the family-run Rossoverde team, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and is perhaps best known for its British GT exploits with Christian’s father Hector paired with the late Allan Simonsen, and more recently with the Dane’s younger brother Benny.
