Second Snetterton race starts at 12.35 – Taylor on pole

26 June 2022

Fortec Motorsport’s championship leader Nikolas Taylor will aim for his second GB4 win of the weekend and his sixth of the season from pole position at Snetterton this afternoon.

The race two grid, formed by each driver’s second fastest times in qualifying sees the British-Malaysian ace start from the front again, this time ahead of Kevin Mills Racing’s Jarrod Waberski.

Waberski was just a thousandth of a second fastest than teammate Tom Mills, who will start third and aim to make amends for his race one time false start penalty.

Max Marzorati will start fourth for Hillspeed ahead of Elite Motorsport’s podium finisher Jack Sherwood, with Marzorati’s teammate Megan Gilkes.

Graham Brunton Racing duo Chloe Grant and Logan Hannah went wheel to wheel on several occasions yesterday and could do the same again today from seventh and eighth on the grid, with Fortec’s Jessica Edgar completing the starters in ninth.
