Elite Motorsport adds double Winter Series title to huge end of year haul

26 October 2026

Elite Motorsport added its second and third GB4 titles in less than a month after scooping both the teams' and drivers' Winter Series crowns at Snetterton.

The team, led by Eddie Ives, was in superb form at its local venue, with eventual champion Jesse Phillips winning two of the four races, including the decisive fourth contest of the event on Sunday afternoon.

Elite claimed a total of seven podium finishes across the event, including a complete lock out of race two on Saturday.

As Phillips claimed the drivers' crown by a solitary point, Elite scooped the teams' honour with an advantage of 26 points. That adds to the teams' title secured in the main 2026 season, which ended just under a month ago.

Elite's latest GB4 successes adds to an incredible haul of championship titles secured in recent weeks. The squad was crowned International GT Open GT3 champions on the same weekend with Tom Emson and Tom Lebbon at Barcelona, and a week before claimed the GT4 European Series teams' and drivers' titles with McKenzy Cresswell and and Charlie Hart at Portimao. And if that wasn't enough, Elite secured both the Ginetta Cars GTP team and driver titles a few weeks earlier!

"What a fantastic 2026 season we’ve had," Ives said. "Thanks to every single driver and team member. We are Elite Motorsport!"
