KMR Sport's championship leader Alex O'Grady took a massive stride towards the 2026 GB4 Championship title at Snetterton, and his front-running pace in Norfolk was highlighted by claiming his second Sunoco Fastest Driver of the Weekend Award.
The Irishman set the quickest race lap of the weekend in the opening contest, with a 1m48.468s. Having spent the early laps of the race behind title rival Fred Green, O'Grady benefited from Green's retirement to stretch his legs across the next five laps, setting his quickest time on lap nine as he built a margin of 1.6 seconds at the chequered flag.
O'Grady was the driver to beat again in the second race, setting the fastest lap of the contest, four tenths of a second away from his race one effort, while Hillspeed's Enzo Hallman set the fastest time in the heavily disrupted third event.
The Sunoco Fastest Driver of the Weekend Award is presented by GB4's control fuel supplier to the driver who sets the fastest race lap at each race event.
O'Grady is the only driver to win the award twice so far in 2026, with Green, Hallman and Fortec's Thomas Ingram Hill the other contenders to have earned it.
