2024 GB4 runner-up Alisha Palmowski will remain in the F1 Academy series for a second year in 2026, after extending her arrangement with Red Bull Racing.
Palmowski has enjoyed a strong first year in the F1-supporting category, winning the season opener at Shanghai and taking three further podiums to sit fifth in the standings heading into the final round at Las Vegas this weekend.
She entered F1 Academy off the back of an impressive maiden year of single-seater racing in GB4 in 2024, in which she took three wins and more podiums than any other driver.
“I’m really excited to continue my F1 Academy journey with Red Bull Racing. I’ve loved being part of the Team this last year and can’t wait to continue working hard next season” Palmowski said.
Laurent Mekies, CEO and Team Principal of Oracle Red Bull Racing, added: "We're very excited that Alisha will be continuing her journey in F1 Academy with Red Bull Racing. She has had a very promising rookie season and is going from strength to strength. She embodies the Red Bull spirit and is a fantastic flagbearer for Red Bull Racing in F1 Academy."
