Fox Motorsport’s Holly Miall made big progress in her first year of GB4, as the Ginetta Junior graduate jumped up to single-seaters for the first time.
The 18-year-old proved a hugely dependable driver, finishing all but one race, while also demonstrating excellent race craft, earning 31 points for positions gained in the reverse grid races across the season.
“It’s been an incredible transition” she summarises. “Moving from Ginetta Juniors to single-seaters was a big leap, but one I’ve genuinely loved.
"The Tatuus MSV GB4-025 car brought new challenges, and adapting to it pushed me to grow as a driver. Every race weekend taught me something new, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of stepping into this next chapter.”
Miall raced with Fox Motorsport for both her Ginetta Junior campaigns, and stayed with Paul McNeilly’s squad as she moved up to GB4, with the familiarity making for a simpler graduation and inspiring confidence.
“Staying with Fox Motorsport made the transition smoother - they know me well, and that continuity helped me settle quickly into the GB4 environment.
“The season definitely met my expectations in terms of learning and development. Having familiar faces around me gave me the confidence to push harder.”
Her on track highlights included a ninth place finish during a chaotic Oulton Park weekend, where many of her rivals were caught out by the challenging conditions. But for Holly, her debut at Donington Park in April was the moment that she reflects on most.
“Donington Park stands out, it was the opening round and marked my debut in GB4. The atmosphere, the nerves, and the thrill of finally racing single-seaters made it memorable. That weekend felt like the culmination of years of preparation and the start of something exciting.
With a big change in racing discipline, Miall reckons her racecraft was her strongest suit, but already knows where she could improve further should she make a series return.
“If I return for a second season, I’d focus on qualifying pace and consistency across different circuits” she acknowledges. “There’s still so much to refine, and I know I can unlock more speed with experience.”
“I’m exploring options for 2026, and a second GB4 season is definitely on the table. If I return, my targets would be consistent finishes higher up the grid and pushing for podiums.
“I want to build on everything I’ve learned this year and come back stronger, more confident, and ready to challenge at the front.”
