Hillspeed's championship leader Dan Guinchard heads into the session having topped both days of testing in Cheshire, with his best lap of 1m34.026s coming in the final Thursday session.
In all, Guinchard topped four of the five sessions held ahead of the event at Oulton Park, and looks set to challenge for pole this afternoon.
Elite duo Alex Kattoulas and Isaac Phelps were right in the mix yesterday, while KMR Sport's Alex O'Grady has positioned himself for a strong weekend with the fourth fastest time on Friday.
Enzo Hallman (Douglas) and Leon Wilson (Arden) were also towards the sharp end yesterday, as were Graham Brunton Racing duo Callum Baxter and Mayer Deonarine.
Following qualifying, the first race of the weekend is due to start at 16.57, with the contest set to be streamed live and in full, with build-up and post-race coverage included. The race can be watched live via the same timing link.
