Hillspeed's Dan Guinchard continued his superb form in GB4 testing at Oulton Park, by registering the quickest time in the first Friday session.
The British-Polish driver recorded a lap of 1m34.447s to top the times, although the lap wasa round four tenths of a second away from his outright best yesterday.
Guinchard's margin at the top was trimmed down to 0.125s by Elite's Alex Kattoulas, while KMR Sport's Alex O'Grady went third fastest.
The Irishman was 0.049s ahead of Douglas Motorsport's Enzo Hallman, with Leon Wilson 0.044s further in arrears in fifth for Arden Motorsport.
Graham Brunton Racing's Callum Baxter completed the top-six, 0.081s ahead of the second Douglas car of Luke Hilton, while 2023 champion Tom Mills is behind the wheel of a KMR Sport car for today only and was eighth fastest.
Baxter's teammates Alex Berg and Mayer Deonarine completed the top-10 covered by less than a second, with one more session still to come today at 14.55.
The session ended five minutes early after a crash at Druids for Caitlyn McDaniel, from which the driver emerged unharmed.
