Elite Motorsport’s Finn Harrison was the first driver to confirm his participation in the 2024 GB4 Championship, and the Ginetta Junior graduate is targeting silverware when the season begins at Oulton Park.
The North Wales-based 17-year-old made his series debut at the final round in 2023, qualifying sixth fastest and earning a best race result of fourth. Since then he’s been busy behind the wheel, courtesy of multiple test days.
“It’s been an enjoyable winter so far, I’m looking forward to the rest of it and being in the car as much as possible” he said. “If I count, we’ve been to four circuits already so it’s been very busy!”
Harrison is looking to build on his promising first race event, and has made decent progress already with Eddie Ives squad, the same team he raced for in Ginettas.
“We got unlucky in the first race, but we’re just building on what we learned on that weekend, and looking to work on that over the winter for the first race.”
And having come close to the podium at Donington, and taken four in Ginetta Juniors, Harrison is now targeting immediate rostrum finishes in GB4.
“I’ll be happy with wins, wins and podiums, I’ll be happy with that!”
