The final round of the 2023 GB4 Championship takes place at Donington Park this weekend (21-22 October), with a new-look field of drivers set to do battle in the East Midlands.
There are still scores to settle, including the runner-up spot behind Tom Mills, and all the action can be followed on the GB4 website via live timing, and live streaming for the three races. Here’s all the times to keep an eye on this weekend.
THURSDAY 19 OCTOBER
10.10-10.40 – Session one
14.20-14.50 – Session two
17.05-17.35 – Session three
Event preparations get underway with three half hour test sessions on the full Grand Prix circuit. A total of 90 minutes track time will allow this year’s regular contenders, plus the several newcomers expected to race this weekend, to get up to speed ahead of the event. FRIDAY 20 OCTOBER
10.35-11.20 – Session one
15.20-16.05 – Session two
Two 45-minute sessions allows a further hour and a half of running on Friday, as the final races draw closer. Again, live timing can be followed via this link.
SATURDAY 21 OCTOBER
11.50-12.05 – Qualifying
17.05-17.23 – Race one
The final qualifying session of the season is due to commence just prior to midday, and will as usual decide the starting grid for races one and two. Live timing will allow visitors to gb-4.net to follow each driver’s progress, before the live stream kicks in 20 minutes ahead of the first race, which is due for lights out at 17.05.
SUNDAY 22 OCTOBER
11.11-11.29 – Race two
17.01-17.19 – Race three
The final two races of the year will settle all remaining scores, with the first due to start at 11.11 and the second just after 5pm on Sunday afternoon. Both races will again be streamed live and in full, with pre-race build-up and post-race analysis.
