Oulton Park race winner Jeremy Fairbairn will compete for Graham Brunton Racing during the remainder of the 2023 GB4 Championship season.
The 18-year-old American, who currently sits in fifth place in the championship standings heading to Snetterton this weekend (17-18 June), has shown plenty of potential in his first full campaign of European racing, with a total of seven top-six finishes so far.
However in an effort to revitalise his championship challenge, Fairbairn has opted to link up with Graham Brunton Racing, with his first races with the Scottish squad coming this weekend, joining Harry Burgoyne Jnr in the team’s expanded line-up.
Jeremy Fairbairn said: “I’m really pleased to be linking up with Graham Brunton Racing for the rest of the season. Having seen the team operate in the paddock at the race events so far, I felt it would be an opportunity for me to reset and start over again, and I’m looking to help push the team forward.
“I’m very grateful to everyone I’ve worked with so far this year, and I’m looking forward to joining up with Graham Brunton Racing during testing this week at Snetterton before the races on Saturday and Sunday.”
Graham Brunton Racing Team Manager Craig Brunton said: “We’re really pleased to bring Jeremy into the team ahead of the Snetterton event. He’s already done some great work with us and settled in alongside Harry really well.
“I’m sure he’ll get up to speed with us really quickly, and hopefully we can return him to winning ways before too long. It’s great to be back up to two cars, and Jeremy’s experience and speed mixed with Harry’s potential is going to be a big benefit for the team.”
