Fortec Motorsport’s championship leader Nikolas Taylor showed impressive pace in the opening test session of the week at Snetterton for the GB4 Championship.
The British-Malaysian contender’s time of 1m49.598s put him over 1.3 seconds clear at the head of the field, as the series returns to the scene of its inaugural round back in in April.
Hillspeed’s Max Marzorati was second fastest as he looks to gain further ground on the championship leader this weekend.
South African driver Jarrod Waberski was third quickest for Kevin Mills Racing, and a second clear of Fortec’s Jessica Edgar in fourth.
Chloe Grant was next up for Graham Brunton Racing with Tom Mills completing the six runners that set times in the 40 minute session.
Elite's Jack Sherwood missed the test due to exam commitments, while Logan Hannah will join the action tomorrow along with Alex Walker and Megan Gilkes.
